Rain it did during our day in Algonquin Park, and at times it came down very heavily, but it also provided some amazing clouds and lighting opportunities.
For once, we visited when colours were peaking! But peaking on a long weekend meant tourists and buses and insanely crowded trails, so we chose not to trek some of our favourite trails. Ideally, we would have stayed overnight and done some early morning stuff, but fellow had to work Sunday. Perhaps next weekend, we’ll try again. Maybe it won’t be windy during the week and those red and orange leaves will last…?
