Then and later 2

Another look at the change in seasons because it’s just cool to see. The ice had already begun to recede when I finally made it out to this point of view, but it was still impressive. Because of a needed crop to match these two season images more closely, much of the foreground ice is cropped. (If you’d like a wider view, take a look here.)

The spring shot was taken several weeks ago, so this will already look different, as more of the reluctant trees will have finally decided that it was ok to unfurl leaves.

I think the interaction in this post is nicer than in the previous one, but if you think differently, please let me know.
