Through the branches

Each time I visited High Park, this pair of Gadwalls was out in the middle of the pond, busy feeding.  I say “this pair” because over a period of 3 days, I only saw one pair. When they finally came closer to shore but visible only through an obstructed view, I found the biggest hole between the leaves and shot.  I rather like the results, especially with that oak leaf floating next to them.
