All of a sudden playful and frisky stops in its tracks and critter goes into “what is this” mode. “I thought I was running towards a human, but now I’m not so sure. Or maybe I need to save human from that black thing stuck to face and making clicking sounds. But if large human can’t do anything about it, what can a wee dog like me do?”
